Morrilton Civic Alliance (MCA) is a collaboration of civic groups in Morrilton, Arkansas that work together to improve the lives of our community members and support the creeds of our individual clubs. We are providing a space for visitors to stay--to experience our town and witness the historic Solar Eclipse of 2024. All of the net proceeds from this event will be funneled back into non-profits in our community. We appreciate your support and look forward to hosting you and your family.
Our eclipse camping site is located right in the path of totality, so you are guaranteed to have a perfect view lasting well over four minutes, with the sun located directly overhead. To celebrate the eclipse, we will have a packed schedule of events. A city-wide festival is in the works with many activities, educational programs, food vendors, and even guest speaker P. Clay Sherrod.
